You see it immediately when you walk into the department: screens with current sales data, a team that switches over orders and schedules, and short lines of communication with Sales. In your role Customer Service Manager, you connect the numbers, the processes and the people. You ensure that Sales knows what is going on with Customer Service and vice versa. Together, you look ahead: what is the demand in the coming months, what can we automate and how do we ensure that the customer sees that we are well prepared? With your insight and approach, you make work smarter, processes tighter and planning increasingly suited to reality. This is what you do it for: you see your team grow, notice that the collaboration is getting better and you have an impact with new projects and improvements that make a real difference.
