You keep an overview, coordinate with planning and ensure that everything goes ahead as agreed. At the end of the day, the schedule has been completed, the delivery has been confirmed and the customers have been helped. About the position
• As a Customer Service Employee, you ensure that customer orders are properly processed from start to finish, from entry to delivery. If something is wrong, you will see it immediately and solve it.
• You monitor the agreed volumes, keep an overview of the schedule and coordinate deliveries with customers, planning and transport.
• You keep track of item details, prices, and product specifications. You get rid of old stocks neatly and you ensure that the transition to new items goes smoothly.
• Customers call you with questions about delivery times, changes, or product specifications. You know exactly what the status is and give a clear answer, even when things go wrong.
• You work a lot with colleagues from Sales, Planning, Transport and Quality. Only by working well together can we deliver customers on time.
• The dynamics of the day keep you on your toes. You switch quickly, make decisions and ensure that customers are always properly helped.
• If you see that something can be done smarter or more efficiently, pick it up. You love clarity, work meticulously and ensure that agreements are fulfilled.

Huhtamaki Nederland B.V., based in Franeker, is a leading manufacturer of sustainable molded fiber packaging. Since our founding in Leeuwarden in 1907, we have developed into a global specialist in transforming waste paper into functional and environmentally friendly products such as egg cartons, egg trays and cup carriers. What do we ask of you?
• You have an MBO+ or higher professional education level of work and thinking and already have experience in a customer-oriented or administrative role, preferably within a production or trading environment.
• You work accurately and in a structured way: what you enter is just right.
• You're good at communicating, in Dutch and English. If you also speak German, that's a plus.
• You can quickly switch between different customers, systems and colleagues without losing the overview.
• You say what you do and do what you say. Keeping agreements is a matter of course.
• You don't think in terms of problems but in terms of solutions, taking both the customer and your colleagues into account.

• Your salary — based on the weight of the job and your experience — is between €51,000 and €68,000 per year based on 40 hours per week, including 8% vacation allowance and a 13th month;
