After analyzing the quality dashboards and process data, you can see that the variation in grinding rate and fiber quality is slowly increasing. You know that this affects the further process steps. By making connections between raw material quality, chemical dosing and dilution, you will discover where adjustments are needed. In consultation with production, you reset the process and start an improvement that also offers space for a new process. And now, a few days later, you can see the effect in more stable quality and a more consistent process. You walk to your next meeting satisfied and realize that you have found exactly what you are looking for: keep developing yourself, making a real impact and working together on new and better processes.
