Quality Officer

Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE)
Franeker
40 hours
€ 43.500 - € 58.000

You walk through the factory with a team leader. Something stands out about one of the lines: a small deviation, nothing big, but something to take a moment to consider. Instead of just jotting down what went wrong, talk to the operator. What exactly was seen? And what can we do to prevent it from happening again? Within a few minutes, there will be a concrete action, not because you say so, but because the team wants to take it up themselves. In this role, you have a direct influence on how people work in the factory. You help colleagues take responsibility for quality, safety and working methods. Not by controlling, but by working together. As a result, ownership in the workplace grows step by step and the factory gets a little better every day. What you do is reflected in the workplace: in safer processes, fewer errors and a team that takes responsibility for quality together.
