Business Controller

Finance & Accounting
Franeker
40 hours
€ 73.500 - € 98.000

More and more often, you see that colleagues understand the story behind the numbers and that this leads to more concrete actions. They come not only for reports, but also to discuss together what's really behind the numbers. You regularly walk into production or sales to explain, or just to hear what's going on. By being visible in the organization and actively engaging in conversations, trust in your analyses grows. You notice that the collaboration is getting even stronger and that people are finding finance faster. The insights you bring to the MT are well in line with what's going on in practice. As a result, decisions can be made faster and more focused, and the financial course is better in line with daily reality. The reports have been further developed: fewer numbers because of the numbers, more direction and content. Your team grows in role and responsibility and there is room to direct that development yourself. And as you look back on what has already been achieved, you are just as eager to look ahead to the projects to come.
